Who: Alberta B. Perry, 103, of Kansas City. When and how she died: March 11 of natural causes. Life of education: Alberta Perry began teaching elementary school in 1933, before a fouryear college degree was required to teach. She retired 41 years later as an art teacher at Central High School.
